38m Industrial Crane Runway - Germany
Arcus Engineering prepared detailed workshop documentation for a new industrial crane runway installed as part of the renovation of a large industrial facility in Germany. The existing runway was removed and replaced by a new 38 m steel structure positioned within the same area.
Unlike a completely new structure, the crane runway had to be integrated into an existing industrial environment.
The detailing therefore needed to reflect the defined site geometry, existing interfaces and practical installation requirements while providing the fabricator with clear and coordinated production information.
Arcus Engineering translated the structural design requirements into fabrication-ready workshop documentation.
Particular attention was given to:
The objective was to provide documentation that could be used efficiently during fabrication and on-site installation.
Arcus Engineering prepares workshop, fabrication and assembly documentation for crane runways, industrial platforms, equipment-support structures and other complex steel systems. Send us the structural design, available models and required drawing scope for review.
